Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy 

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern North-India. Ltd. relationship with you in relation to this website. The term “Bloo Nimboo Voyages Pvt. Ltd.” or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is F10, 2nd Floor, Main Road , Kalkaji, New Delhi  110019. Our company registration number is U63030DL2016PTC300025 and place of registration is Delhi. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. By accessing, using, browsing or booking through our Web Site(s) or Directly or Indirectly through Bloo Nimboo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. or its representative(s), you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. 

Payment  terms & conditions:

  1. A) As per our company policy, tour can be reserved only on the basis of advance payments, so, to initiate the flight / train / transport / rooms reservations, we need 100% advance payment of total tour cost per traveling person.
  2. B) In addition to this you have 02 payment options. One is by bank transfer (wire transfer) and another one by credit or debit card through our web portal for which the payment link will be provided to you separately through e-mail. 


Prices quoted generally include accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in some cases specified meals (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner). Prices do not however include any personal expenses or additional fees such as telephone calls, items from the mini-bar, tipping, beverages, services, wi-fi & Internet, room services, meals at specialty restaurants, doctor consultations, private insurance, portage of luggage, visa (compulsory for each selected destinations and under your responsibility) etc…

At the confirmation we will require the clients’ scan copy of passports. 


To travel to the Indian Subcontinent is it mandatory for all passengers, except for Indian Citizens, to have a valid visa and a valid passport (valid for a minimum of 06 months after returning to your country.

We are not responsible in case of any issues concerning any visa and our cancellation policy will be applicable.


For the services contracted, full advance payment should be made to process/hold the booking at the confirmation after receiving our invoice.

If the original services are unavailable for any reason or waitlisted, we will make alternative arrangements with your consent and in case those arrangements would generate any supplements (flights-train-hotels & type of room etc…), you will be charge for. 

Mode of payments:

Overseas payment can be made through Bank / Wire Transfer to our bank account or by International debit or credit cards through our portal.

We do not accept payments through cheques, cash, traveler’s cheques, western Union or similar.

Policy regarding Cancellation / no show / early departure:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services we must be informed in writing well in advance (it is your responsibility to make sure that our services received your mail).

Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the communication in writing and

would be as follows : –

D-45 / D-30 prior to arrival: 25% per person of the total tour cost

D-29 / D-15 prior to arrival: 50% per person of the total tour cost

D-14 / D-04 prior to arrival: 85% per person of the total tour cost

Less than 72 hours or no show or anytime after starting the tour – NO REFUND


In case of special train journeys, special airfare journeys and peak season for hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which would be advised as and when required. 


Please note that all refunds may take  2 – 7 weeks to process due to banking procedures.

Refunds will only be made to the accounts from which payment is received. It is not possible for our company to process the refund and remit this to any account of your choice. It will only be remitted back to the account from where the original payment was effected and in the same currency. Similarly, if the payment has been by debit or credit card, refunds will be process and repaid to the same accounts and in the same currency.

All costs for refunds like bank charges, foreign exchange differences etc are billed to the customer. It will therefore be logical that the amounts finally refunds do not tally as such costs are adjusted. It is therefore suggested, that unless it is urgently required, any refunds due are adjusted in future as per Government of India or RBI (Reserve Bank of India) rules. 


After finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, Air/Train fare or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extras.


Bloo Nimboo Voyages  Private Limited shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly -due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents including floods, war, terrorist acts etc..

Bloo Nimboo Voyages Private Limited shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control

Bloo Nimboo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. acts only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

While our company is covered by a limited liability Insurance, we do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country for their travel. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

We have taken all reasonable care to make sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard and are provided as described in our Web Sites. However, Bloo Nimboo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier of which we have not been informed.

Bloo Nimboo Voyages Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any lapse in services provided by third party vendors like hotels or airlines or transporters. We take reasonable care while patronizing a vendor; however, may not under any circumstances guarantee the standard of services provide by the same.

The participation in a Tour organized by North-India Tours implies that passengers accept these terms and conditions in its entirety.

Modification of These Terms and Conditions: North-India Tours reserves the right to amend/modify the terms, conditions, and notices as suitable in the interest of the clients and the company; and to comply with the legal requirements governing the industry. Legal jurisdiction for any dispute, the Civil Court of New Delhi, India is to be acknowledged as the sole competent authority.
